For our 3-night stay at Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, we redeemed 69k (peak nights) Hyatt Points; the cash rate would have been $2,058.66!
While we booked our stay on Peak Nights (for 23k points per night), the Standard Night is 20k per night, and the off-peak nights are 17k per night! So remember to check the Points Calendar on Hyatt’s website to find the cheapest option.
Remember that when booking an Award stay (booked on points), you also do not pay resort fees, which is $45 per night in this case!
We earned Hyatt Points by opening credit cards from Chase, meeting minimum spend requirements, and scoring sign-up bonuses. Chase Ultimate Rewards are transferrable to Hyatt at a 1:1 ratio!
